The advertising agency Metapur AG has been using Clever Elements® for a good five years now. The small Swiss agency with six full-time employees sends a German newsletter to between 800 and 1,000 customers and interested parties over its prepaid account on a quarterly basis. The template for this was created on the basis of data supplied by Bucher, and responsive screen designs used the programming service by Clever Elements®.
The easy handling of Clever Elements® has not only prompted Metapur to use the software themselves, but they have also recommended the tool to their own customers with similar requirements.
"We create a personal account for our customers with private access. Usually, they maintain the addresses themselves, and send out their newsletters without our help," says Sascha Bucher. In part, the Agency supports its customers at the beginning with Screendesign, and for the first newsletter delivery, with sending. They also prepare Excel data for importing address data for the intended personalization fields. "We create the form for logging on or off, and integrate them on their websites."
Bucher is particularly satisfied with the statistics tool, which provides very detailed results. He imports these results into the company's own address management system, in order to use for acquisition.
He appreciates the ability to divide addresses into segments using with filters very much, as he uses this feature to check for completeness, sex, language, new registrations, etc.
Metapur regularly uses support via the chat function for questions which occur. The agency is very pleased with the rapid reaction time. So far, however, no serious problems have been encountered, and the software is truly running 24/7.
Is the investment worth it for a small agency? Bucher thinks that the price-performance ratio is very good. Although the in-house email newsletter rarely leads directly to orders, the customers stay informed with the agency in mind, and both sides remain in contact. From this web of information and feedback, rewarding referrals to the agency develop. Bucher would choose Clever Elements® again.
