What happens after my free trial?
You can switch to a paid plan at any time during your free trial month. If you do not switch, your trial month will end automatically and your account will be paused. You still have the option of selecting a paid plan or cancelling your account completely.
What about data protection and data security?
As a German company, we attach great importance to data protection and data security. Our Clever Elements® servers are all located in Germany. We store and process all customer data exclusively within Germany, which means that it is subject to the data protection regulations that apply here. We are happy to enter into an agreement with you for commissioned data processing.
Can I rely on you?
Clever Elements® has been around since 2003, so you can be sure that we'll be there when you need us. We're profitable, 100% self-financed and owned solely by the two directors. That means we're only beholden to our customers and no one else.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card. Prepaid credits can also be paid by invoice.
Can I cancel at any time?
With Clever Elements® you can easily cancel yourself, without asking questions and without specialists trying to talk you out of cancelling. You can cancel at any time, there are no long-term contracts to tie you down. Monthly tariffs have a term of 30 days. Simple and fair, just as it should be.
Do you offer discounts for NPOs?
We value the work of non-profit organisations and support them with discounted rates.
